There is a cage fighting match in Lebanon, Mo May 31, 2008 at the Lebanon Civic Center here is more infomation on what Cage Assault is all about. Cage Assault has access to hundreds of the top fighters in the midsouth. We offer fair matchmaking and great compensation for the coaches. We want to make every fighter a winner. I normally work out on the punching bag in saint robert for fun sometimes when you see matches of cage fighting and people go to the ground you may think to yourself o this is simple how can 2 people get tired so easily it is only 5 minutes.

Well my friend who is an MMA fighter showed me just how hard MMA fights can be.He was showing me some self defence moves and we were graffling on the floor. It is totaly different when you are involved in a match then watching it on TV.

It just goes to show you that you can't judge a book by its cover I have new respest for the guys who do this for a living.

Is the UFC/MMA Cage Fighting disrespectful towards woman??

One of my many small jobs is stocking soda I met my friend and her husband shopping we engauge in a conversation about weather or not MMA fights or cage fighting events are disrespect to women and should not be seen by children. I hope for her to e-mail me her thoughts on this matter and post them on this blog. She feels that the UFC/MMA events shopuld clean up there act and won't allow her husband or her children to look at or be involved in this sport.

Missouri Lawmakers Seek to Ban Cage Fighting Among Children

JOPLIN, Mo. — Legislators are seeking to ban mixed martial arts competitions — sometimes called "cage fighting" — among children in Missouri, which appears to be the only state where youth matches are allowed.

Very interesting topic if I had children that want to fight in this sport would I let them? Many argued that it should be allowed because they have torniments in the other non mixed martial arts like Karate, and what about wrestling in schools? Football is one of the roughtest sports we play in but you have JV in middle school
